For 10 years, the trustees of the Children’s Heart foundation Ghana (CHF) has been raising funds to pay for the surgeries of Ghanaian children who have a congenital heart condition and need open heart surgery. He’s crying but he is a very lucky young man. His name is Mawuena. He was diagnosed with hole in heart as far back as 2014. And then he was selected by Tema International School to raise money for his surgery.
